Outside review gives Citigroup's management strong marks

Egon Zehnder International, a recruiting and consulting firm, completed its review of Citigroup's senior management team, concluding that while some shuffling might be necessary, it is in good shape overall, sources said. Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit reportedly was given a particularly good assessment, which some insiders said might help bolster his position. The outside review was a mandate from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
