S&P 500 head & shoulders pattern developing?
The S&P 500 turned negative for the year Tuesday as the wrangling over the U.S. debt ceiling faded and investors turned their attention to the stalling economy. Looks like the S&P 500 maybe heading for more losses in the coming days.
