CBOE's Brodsky to exit board, company

CBOE Holdings Chairman Bill Brodsky plans to leave the company's board next year after having leadership roles at the Chicago Board Options Exchange parent since 1997.

Brodsky, 72, announced his exit at the company's annual shareholder meeting in Chicago today, saying he wouldn't be a candidate for the board next year, according to a statement from the company. CBOE also said that it plans to “review its leadership structure,” including considering the option to combine the roles of chairman and chief executive officer.
