CEO Mary Dillon earned about $18.5 million in total compensation last year, according to a filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
That's triple the roughly $6.2 million she earned in 2014. Dillon, who became CEO in 2013, received a 3 percent base salary raise in March to $1 million. She also received about $3.5 million in stock awards, incentive and bonus pay, and $49,646 in other compensation.
Ulta's compensation committee increased Dillon's incentives in March and September. On Sept. 15, the committee awarded her 200,000 stock options "in recognition of our record operational and financial performance under her leadership."
